Why is the cut contour line not showing up in versaworks?
Attached is a Corel file with a cut contour. But when I pdf the file and add to the versaworks queue the cut line appears as a magenta elipse. Does anybody know why this is happening. I have printed thousands of labels in the past, but from time to time I am faced with this issue,
How to print black on vector in Roland?
It happens on both vector and bitmap. Just the Roland color black. Remember you tell versaworks how you want your image to print. Verses works then sets the file up according to those settings. In the queue setting properties in quality you will see the color management section at the bottom.

Why are there lines on my Roland printer?
One day the Black Roland Color System Library color started getting lines in it. No other color does it and if I use RGB or CMYK black there are no lines either. I think the issue may be is that RGB is a richer black and puts down more ink than the Roland black.
